Jardan Furniture는 1987년 호주에서 설립된 가구 회사로, Nick Garnham과 Michael Garnham 두 형제가 운영하고 있다. 8명의 직원으로 시작한 소규모 회사였지만 현재 170명이 넘는 직원이 근무하는 규모로 성장했다. 브랜드는 기계가 사람의 눈이나 손을 비롯한 장인들의 기술을 완전히 대체할 수 없다는 신념 아래, 모든 제품을 멜버른의 스튜디오에서 핸드 메이드 방식으로 만들고 있다. 여유롭고 편안한 호주인의 라이프스타일에서 영감을 받는 Jardan Furniture는 양질의 지역 자재를 활용해 아름다우면서도 실용적인, 지속가능한 가구를 제작한다. 2005년부터 폐기물을 최소화하고 오랜 세월 사용이 가능한 제품을 만들기 위해 전사적으로 친환경적인 디자인과 제작 방식에 집중하고 있다. 좋은 디자인은 우리 삶에 커다란 영향을 끼친다고 믿는 이들은 젊은 디자이너들의 혁신적인 아이디어를 발전시키고, 이를 현실로 구현하며, 프로토타입을 생산하는 브랜드만의 Jardan Lab을 별도로 설립했다. 디자이너와 장인들은 매일 연구실에 모여 아이디어를 수집하고 디자인 문제를 해결한다. 소파, 의자, 테이블 등의 가구 제작으로 시작했지만 현대적인 디자인과 생산 방식, 철학 등을 공유하며 사람들의 삶과 라이프스타일에 변화를 주는 브랜드로 자신들의 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 2015년에는 호주 전역으로 사업을 확장하여 멜버른, 브리즈번, 시드니 등에 오프라인 매장을 오픈했으며, Jardan Furniture만의 독특한 감성을 반영한 디자이너들의 작품들을 만나볼 수 있다. 호주뿐만 아니라 아시아, 유럽 및 미국의 대규모 주거 및 상업 프로젝트에도 참여하며 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있다.
